  • The products offered by Blooms of Narcissus are designed with sustainability in mind. Products are mainly paper based and made from recycled paper where possible. The use of plastic is minimised and the brand works with UK manufacturers.

  • You can reach Blooms of Narcissus through the contact form on the website.

  • With the current rules, tariffs, and fees, Blooms of Narcissus is currently only able to ship across the UK. The list of countries offered for shipping will hopefully expand over time.

  • Processing and packing your order will generally take 1-3 days. This may take longer during particularly busy periods, announced holiday, or if I get sick for example.

    If you have placed a pre-order, you will receive separate communication with expected shipping timelines.

Orders

  • If your order hasn’t been shipped out yet, please get in touch via the contact form and I’ll see what the options are.

  • You’ll be provided with a tracking link once your order is shipped. This will depend on the delivery service you selected at checkout.

  • Please wait the full delivery period in case the parcel is just delayed. For tracked Royal Mail orders this is 7 working days past the due date and for Evri this is if the parcel has been with them for over 7 days. During busy periods such as Christmas there may be delays to parcels due to high volumes sent.

Returns

  • Please reach out via the contact form linked in the footer. As per the Terms & Conditions, you have 14 days after your order has been delivered to let me know if you would like to return an item. This will be at your own cost and the return address will be provided as part of confirmation of return. You will have another 14 days to ship the item(s) being returned.

  • Please allow 7 days in most cases, this may be longer during exceptionally busy periods such as Christmas.

  • Please reach out via the contact form as this will have to be on a case by case basis.
